چکیده
در این مقاله جایگاه شورای فرهنگ عمومی استان اصفهان در ساماندهی امور فرهنگی مطالعه‌شده و بررسی وضعیت سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی در مصوبه‌های شورای فرهنگ عمومی استان اصفهان در سال‌های 1372 تا 1389 داده‌های پژوهش را تشکیل می‌دهد.
روش بررسی، تحلیل محتوای مصوبه‌های شورای فرهنگ عمومی با استفاده ازآزمون‌های «خی دو» و «دوجمله‌ای» رابطة بین نوع مصوبه‌ها بر اساس آیین‌نامة شورا و سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی با ساماندهی امور فرهنگی سنجیده شده است.
نتایج نشان داد که بین مصوبه‌های مربوط به سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی فرهنگی با ساماندهی امور فرهنگی رابطة مستقیم وجود داشت؛ همچنین نیمی از مصوبه‌های شورای فرهنگ عمومی در امر سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی، مرتبط و در وظیفة برنامه‌ریزی، بیشتر مصوبه‌ها نامرتبط با وظایف شورا بودند.

Public Culture Council and the Effect of its Sanctioned Laws on Policy and Cultural Planning in Isfahan

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this research was to study "The position of Isfahan public culture council on organizing cultural affairs". The information of this research was the sanctioned laws of public culture council from 1372 until 1389.
The research methodology was analyzing the content of sanctioned laws of public culture council by x2 test. And the relation between kind of regulation of council and policy and planning with cultural affairs were measured.
The obtained results indicated that: there was the meaningful relation between sanctioned laws about cultural policy and cultural planning with cultural affairs. Also, half of sanctioned laws about policy were related to council's duties and most of the sanctioned laws about cultural planning were not related to council's duties.
