چکیده

هدف مطالعه شناسایی آسیب‌های برگزاری جایزۀ کتاب سال به منظور بهبود سیاست‌ها، شیوۀ برگزاری، ارتقاء فرآیند داوری و تأثیرگذاری بیشتر آن در جامعه نشر است. پژوهش از نظر رویکرد از نوع کیفی و از نظر روش اجرا از نوع موردکاوی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، نوشته‌های مرتبط با جایزۀ ،اساتید و ذی‌نفعان درگیر در برگزاری و اجرای جشنواره و ناقدان مطلع در حوزه کتاب سال است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از بررسی نوشته‌ها، مصاحبه و گروه کانونی استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی در دو مرحله انجام شده است؛ دور اول کدگذاری و دور دوم الگویابی. برای پیشبرد فرایند کدگذاری ابزارهای گوناگونی ـ از جمله انجام فرایند با مداد و کاغذ گرفته تا استفاده از برنامه‌های رایانه مکس‌کیو.دی.ای (ویرایش 11)ـ استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج مسائل و مشکلات کتاب سال را می‌توان در حوزه‌های سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی، روندهای اجرایی، داوری دسته‌بندی کرد. همپوشانی جایزۀ کتاب سال با جوایز دیگر و مشخص‌نبودن جایگاه آن نسبت به جوایز دیگر، سبب کاهش شأن کتاب سال شده‌است. وابستگی بیش از حد جایزه به بدنه دولت هم از نظر مادی و هم از نظر سیاست‌گذاری، انتخاب دبیر علمی، داوران و... سبب‌شده تا در دوره‌های محدودی، شاهد دخالت‌های مسئولان فرهنگی در رأی و نظر داوران و همچنین معرفی برگزیدگان باشیم. اعتماد به جشنواره‌ها و جوایز مهم‌ترین اتفاقی است که می‌تواند در رشد و بالندگی و تاثیرگذاری آنها موثر باشد و ضمن اقبال مردم و متولیان امر به جوایز، در ارتقا صنعت نشر تاثیرگذار باشد و مسئولان کتاب سال باید برنامه‌ریزی و سرمایه‌گذاری مناسب‌تری داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The pupouse of study is to identify the problems of holding “the Book of the Year award”. The research is qualitative in terms of approach and case study in terms of execution method. The studied community is the writings related to the award, university professors and beneficiaries involved in the organization of the festival, and critics in the field of the Book of the Year. Writing review, interview and focus group were used to collect data. Qualitative data analysis has been done in two stages; the first round of coding and the second round of model finding. To advance the coding process, various tools have been used, including performing the process with pencil and paper to the use of MaxQDA computer programs. The results show that the issues and problems of the yearbook can be categorized in the areas of policy and planning, executive processes, and referees. The overlapping of the Book of the Year award with other awards and the lack of clarity about its position compared to other awards has caused the Book of the Year to decline in prestige. The excessive dependence of the award on the government body, both in terms of expenses and policy, the selection of the scientific secretary, referee, etc., has caused us to witness the interference of cultural officials in the votes and opinions of the judges, as well as the introduction of the chosen ones, in limited periods.
