برساخت سینمایی جرم و مجرمان در فیلم‌های ایرانی (سال‌های 1394-1380)

چکیده

هدف این مقاله بررسی تصویری است که سینمای ایران از مسئله جرم و مجرم شدن به دست می­دهد. سوال اصلی این بوده است که فیلم­های سینمایی ایرانی مسائل مربوط به جرم را چگونه بازنمایی کرده­اند؟ این پرسش در چارچوب نظریه بازنمایی مطرح و براساس آن، 57 فیلم اکران شده مابین سال­های 1380 تا 1394 که موضوع محوری آنها جرم و پیامدهای آن بوده، به روش تحلیل محتوای کمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. فرض نظری پژوهش ما این بوده است که فیلم­های سینمایی، نوعی شناخت و دانش عامه پسند درباره جرم در دسترس مخاطبان قرار می‌دهند و درباره علل آنها نظریاتی را مطرح می کنند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر، این فرض را تأیید می‌کند. فیلم­های ایرانی، هم اطلاعاتی زمینه­ای همچون ترکیب سنی و جنسی، طبقه اجتماعی، وضعیت شغلی مجرمان ارائه می­کنند و هم اطلاعات مختلفی درباره روابط اجتماعی و خانوادگی آنها به دست می­دهند. همچنین فیلم­های مورد بررسی، اغلب آسیب­های اجتماعی مربوط به مجرمان و خانواده آنها را به تصویر کشیده و درباره آنها داستان­سرایی کرده­اند و کوشیده اند در خلال گفتار و روایت خود، از مجرم شدن شخصیت­های خود تبیین به دست دهند.

The aim of this paper is the study of crime and criminal images in Iranian Cinema. The main question is that how Iranian films represent issues of crime and criminality. In this study, theoretical framework is representation theory, and analyzed based on 57 films. The films are produced in period between 1380 to 1394, and research method is quantitative content analysis. The hypothesis of this study is that films present a type of popular knowledge about crime and criminality to audiences. The findings supported this hypothesis, they show that Iranian films represent different information about criminals, age, gender, social class and family situation. Also, films usually display social problems related to criminals, and try to explain criminality in their discourses and narrations.
