رابطه سواد رسانه‌‏ای دیجیتال و رضایتمندی سیاسی شهروندان تهرانی

چکیده

بهره­‌گیری صحیح و مناسب از فناوری­‌های نوین اطلاع­‌رسانی، سطح آگاهی افراد را افزایش داده و باعث تغییر در توقعات آنان از زندگی و در نتیجه عملکرد دولت می­‌شود. بنابراین سطح رضایتمندی شهروندان از زندگی تغییر می­‌کند و می­‌تواند زمینه­‌های تغییر در عملکردها و شیوه­‌های اجرایی نظام سیاسی را به­‌وجود آورد. هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه ارتباط میان سواد رسانه‏‌ای دیجیتال و رضایتمندی سیاسی شهروندان تهرانی است. بنابراین تأثیر سواد رسانه‏‌ای دیجتال بر مؤلفه‏‌های رضایتمندی شهروندان از نظام سیاسی شامل وضعیت موجود، کارگزاران و ساختارهای نظام سیاسی با استفاده از روش­‌های دلفی، اسنادی و پیمایشی مطالعه شده است. جامعه آماری را شهروندان ایرانی بالای 18 سال ساکن شهر تهران تشکیل می‏‌دهند که تعداد آن‏ها 6559171 نفر است. حجم نمونه به روش کوکران 385 نفر تعیین و پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه­‌گیری خوشه­‏ی تصادفی توزیع و داده­‌های لازم جمع­آوری شدند معنا‏داری بین سواد رسانه‏‌ای و رضایتمندی سیاسی شهروندان تهرانی، وجود نداشته و  به‏‌رغم سطح  متوسط سواد رسانه‏‌ای دیجیتال، رضایتمندی سیاسی شهروندان تهرانی بسیار اندک است. به همین دلیل و به منظور بهره­‌مندی مناسب از رسانه­‌های دیجیتال در سیاستگذاری­‌های نظام سیاسی، پیشنهادهابی برای سیاستگذاران و مدیران حوزه­‌های رسانه‏‌ای ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

This research studies the effects of digital media on the political satisfaction citizens of Tehran. This correct and appropriate  using of new technologies, have changed the level of consciousness, expectations and satisfaction of individuals about life and at a result  government performance and political system as well. The research method is survey and the statistical society includes all Tehran citizens over 18 years old with 6559171 people. The sample size is 385 people using the Cochran method. The questionnaires were collected using randomized cluster sampling and data were gathered. The findings were analyzed using SPSS software. Findings show that there is no significant statistical relationship between media literacy and political satisfaction of Tehrani citizens, Since the rise in media literacy has not increased the level of political satisfaction of the people, it seems that other factors such as economic, cultural, social and ... factors have a more effective role in digital media.
