Abstract

This article try to indicate statistical relation between students job problems and the effect of these kind of problems on their educational efforts and success, so we have used statistical methods as well as LISREL Software for this research . The research method which is used in this article is Factor Analysis technique. The reliability and validity of dependent and independent variables are measured by SPSS statistical software, then we gave them name. Then by using Factor Analysis in LISREL Software we were able to confirm the Construct Validity as well as statistical relation between validities and indicators. Finally by using Goodness of Fit Test we were capable to confirm the relation between variables and the effect of independent variable on dependent variables. In this research we used Cochran formula then among 15939 student (the universe =15939),  we have chosen 375 student (the sample size = 375) .Then we used Quota Sampling for choosing samples regarding available statistics such as gender and field of study in the university. The result has shown that bad performance of job creating organizations is the main reason that makes such a problem for students regarding to their future job, in the other hand, the capacity of student is not matched with the situation on marketplace. Hence discordance between universities and job creating organizations in marketplace will cause weakness in motivation as well as incapability on finding suitable job between students, so it will reduce perseverance and educational success between them. Therefore we suggest if we want to promote educational success and scientific competence among universities, we should have some major plans in large scale among economic and scientific organization so on the basis of it, we should harmonize performance of the job creating organizations in the marketplace with the capacity of accepting student in the universities.
