The mosque, as the main center of Islamic civilization and the first institution formed in Islam, has a very special place. With 74,000 mosques in Iran, this institution can be considered as the most influential institution in the field of public culture in the country. The limited use of this great capacity in the Islamic has led to its decline relative to the early period of Islam. In this research, with the approach of participatory research, a focused and profound effort has been made to ideate in the field of mosque with the aim of achieving its special status, namely "Islamic Mosque". To this end, the conceptualization and operationalization methods used the Startup Weekend approach as a first step in utilizing the capacity of these events to serve cultural themes. The phase was planned for one year and in one month interval in the form of two startups at the educational and cultural camp of Damavand Imam Sadegh University in spring 1977. This event is a reference to guide the flow of production, gathering and promoting mosque ideas, team building, product production and value creation, and setting the stage for its implementation, to reach the Islamic Mosque. The managerial results of this case study are: 1.
