Terms and Conditions of Submission

  • Ethical Considerations of the Journal

The Quarterly Journal of Culture-Communication Studies is subject to the rules of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) with respect to the rules of ethics in publications and follows the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works. 

Authors' Responsibilities and Commitments

In this section, the ethical responsibilities and commitments that authors must adhere to are presented:

  • Articles must be written in accordance with the fundamental principles of writing and research, and must be formatted according to the journal's style guide. Authors should carefully review the author guidelines and submission policies before submitting their article.
  • Submitted articles must not be simultaneously submitted to other journals. If this occurs, the journal reserves the right to reject the article or take appropriate action based on publication ethics guidelines.
  • The corresponding author must confirm the agreement and awareness of all co-authors regarding the submission of the article to this journal by submitting the author agreement form.
  • All authors listed on the article and author agreement form must have contributed to the writing and development of the article.
  • Acknowledgements, affiliations, and any potential conflicts of interest among authors or organizations must be declared in the article.
  • Authors must clearly report any financial support for the research (if applicable).
