In this Article we try to show a model for measuring the rate of religiosity of youth, so at first we have used five dimensions of religion model of Glock and Stark for making indicators, then by using Factor Analysis we want to know these five dimensions of religion better. The relation between these five dimensions of religion on the base of emotional approach of psychologists like Mandler, Schachter and Arnold has been considered although we try to adjust their ideas to Islamic doctrine. The study of such a relations and effects which is occurred between variables have been measured by using Lisrel software, so we called them structural equation modeling (SEM) or Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The rate of RMSEA=0/053 for this model shows that the model have acceptable Goodness of fit. Therefore we can claim that religiosity have three dimension, first dimension is mental and cognitional dimension of religious, second is emotional and dimension of religious , then the third is practical and behavioral dimension of religious .the relation of these three dimension of religious is important it means at first religious goes through the first filter (mental and cognitional), then it will be known in the case of emotional dimension at the end it is practical and behavioral dimension which will be appeared .
