Macro policy of culture in Iran will cause growth and development in cultural planning if we have an especial emphasis on Islamic doctor not some strange doctrine which has been taken from the west and east countries. We try to take an especial look in Imam Khomeini point of view cause it helps us to solve our problem in this area. In this article the Descriptive, analytical method have been used although we try to study sahifeh of imam Khomeini , as well as by emphasizing his holy Will we want to know about his political view . In this research these question will be answered: 1. what is the definition of culture in Imam Khomeini point of view? 2. What is his idea about western culture as well as its characters? 3. What policy recommendations can be used for cultural affairs on the basis of comments from Imam Khomeini?
