In order to explain the conditions for the propagation of religion in the future, we need to study its future status by studying the trends affecting the future. One of the most important trends that affect the propagation of religion is the trends of religiosity. In this study, using the "futures wheel" and experts' panels, we examine the different and mediated consequences of several main trends of religious change on the future of religion propagation. The four main trends: increasing the tendency towards emotional religiosity, the growth of selectivity and compositionalism in religiosity, the challenges of religious governance demand, and the prevalence of the pattern of therapeutic in religiosity will lead to different events in the future of religion propaganda Religion propagation will be more difficult In the future,. The role of the public people will increase and governmental organizations will face the challenge of their role. The plurality of patterns and propagation methods, and also the need for creativity and inventive skills will be evident. The "clergiman dispatch" is considered to be inefficient, and religious groups and agencies with revenue-generating approach and contact with audiences are moving toward new patterns of engagement. Religious missionaries are more likely to respond to the emotional and spiritual needs of audiences than being religious information providers.

fashion Intellectual creation, the vital element of the fashion industry, is of great economic value. As the main approach of criminal support is value oriented, considering fashion to be a value in criminal support in the Iranian penal system is faced with challenges in some areas, such as criminalization and determining the sanction. This raises the following question: To what extent have the lawmakers focused on the standards of criminalization, basic principles, criteria, applicability, and the proportionality of sanction. Given the Iran and the French legal system as a relatively suitable criminal supporting system, as well as the United States, it seems that, although some support has been given to these intellectual creations under some headings in intellectual property law, major challenges still remain. The methods of interpretation and analysis of the Penal and Intellectual property law, and library resources have been used in the research to evaluate of conformity of standards of criminalization, and their applicability in the legal systems of Iran, France, and the United States. Findings demonstrates that criminal supporting in the fashion industry in the French and American systems is based on criminalization and attention has been paid to the economic nature and wealth creation of intellectual works, including intellectual creations in fashion, when determining the guarantee of execution. In Iran, however, inadequate standards of criminalization, copyright infringement, and determining the guarantee of appropriate execution have created challenges in the criminal supporting of fashion creations..

The purpose of this article is to study the process of changing values and attitudes in the field of gender equality and family based on the data collected by the Iranian survey values. The method of study is secondary analysis. The basis for further analysis is based on the findings of the second and third wave. The second wave data in the year 82 indicates the modern and individualist tendency of women to re-interpret the family and the concept of gender. These findings indicate that in the Iranian society, a serious transformation is taking place in the context of changing gender values and attitudes. The findings of the third wave, however, continue to indicate more women's tendency towards men in terms of modern values in society. However, it shows a kind of backwardness in the tendencies of the whole society as well as in women in moving toward some gender-based attitudes towards the age of 82. This suggests that by overcoming the values of survival in society, tendency toward traditional values has increased in a longitudinal trend.

"ERTEBAT" as the persian equivalentis of “communication” in English is the subject and central signifier of communication science. Although, This word has not been used in Quran exactly but its root means "RABT" in the form of different derivation has been used. In a conceptual approach in the Islamic scientific ecosystem, it is interesting and useful to ask what do RABT’ adviration mean in Holy Quran? In other words, "How do you analyze the root of RABT and its derivatives in the Holy Qur'an from the perspective of communication science?" Using descriptive-analytical method, this article identifies 5 verses of Quran and analyzes these verses in two levels: 1-The first and minimum level (the communicative analysis of RABT advirations in Holy Quran) 2-The second and maximum level (conceptual ralation of “RABT” in Quran and “communication” in communication sciences). At the first level, the communication dimensions of the three terms "Robat al-Khail" (related horses), "RABTE GHALB” (heart commuincation) and "MORABETAH" (interactive-social commuincatin) are discoverd. Some more impotant fidings of the article are the phenomena of "messageless communication” and "more complete communication" in "RABTE GHALB”. In addition, a non-competitive understanding of "MORABETAH" and its design is worth mentioning as a "transactional process" in communication. But at the second level, it is a good idea that the “RABT” and “communication” have a same meaning essence include "sharing" and "trust”.

Due to the changes made in the last few decades, it can be said that the Internet, and then digital technologies, have transformed the generality of music industry. While some of the negative consequences of this trend can be pointed out, it must be acknowledged that a large portion of new businesses in the music industry such as digital music distribution has been a positive consequence of these technological changes. Given the specific cultural, social, and political conditions in Iran, the main goal of this research is to develop strategies for optimizing the use of these emerging opportunities in the digital distribution of music with an innovative and practical approach. In this regard, using a qualitative research approach and interviewing 14 experts in the country, this study presents its strategic plan for the study. The strategies proposed in this study are divided into six sections: product innovation, service, position, process, social, and paradigmatic. Finally, the results show that if digital music distribution services can adequately identify their needs and feelings, they will be able to better respond to their needs and innovate with business model innovations. They will, by doing so, finally bring new actors into their market. Finally, there are some cultural and political challenges in this arena.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between individualism and relative deprivation with indifference with special emphasis on youth in Kermanshah. The survey method and data gathering tool were a researcher-made questionnaire. The population of this study is young people aged 20-30 years old in Kermanshah. 400 of them were studied by cluster randomized cluster random sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS softwars. Regression results show that two relative deprivation variables (Beta = 0.12) and individuality (Beta = 0.20) were introduced. The value of T for individuality is (T = 3/76) and for the relative deprivation rate (T = 2.38). Together, these two variables could explain the amount of 0.24 of the internal variation of the degree of apathy. The results of the structural equation model (AMOS) show that the value of P-value for the four variables (relative deprivation with the value of 0.949, individuality with the value of 0.260, the degree of education with the value of 0.210 and the variable duration of residence with the amount of standard regression coefficient is equal to 0.255 at the error level less than 0.05; which shows that the effect of these variables on the dependent variable is significant. The results are based on the model fit of the model for RMR of 0.233, the RMSEA index is 0.046, the CMIN / DF index is 2.012 and the CFI and PCFI indices with the values of 0.943 and 0.767 in acceptable model are approved.

Today, the conflict between the private owners of cultural heritage and governments has been revealed in various areas. One of these areas is the discrepancy between intellectual property holders and institutions that hold cultural heritage, especially museums, libraries and archives. On the one hand, the holders of the rights are those who rely on their exclusive rights to prevent the exploitation of third parties and on the other hand, governments and public institutions are limiting the realm of private property and intellectual property management in the form of cultural heritage. Unfortunately, there are no specific rules or regulations to resolve this conflict. Therefore, the present paper analyzes the domains of this conflict by analytical-descriptive method and then provides a solution to solve it and measure the priority of public and private interests. It concludes at the end that this conflict and duality are obviously in all of the various branches of the author's rights. And thus, initially resorting to negotiation and, if not possible, the preference of the public interest on individual interests can be considered as a way to escape this conflict.

The themes that the animations seek to instill in their child's audiences have never been accidental, but have been followed by specific encodings that eventually lead to the introduction of a predetermined pattern for children. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to semiotically analyze the child representation pattern in animation. For this purpose, using the semiotic method, the most popular and the most popular Iranian animation is "Life Skills for Children". The collection consists of 250 ten-minute episodes that its production began in 1391 and ended in 1395. In order to get a comprehensive picture of the child in this series, all sections have been studied and analyzed. The results of this study suggest that we are presented with a kind of representation of the "body" of the child and childhood. Highlights and features of the child in this series: Adult dependency, inability to solve personal problems, lack of creativity, lack of modern skills, lack of questioning morale and complete obedience to parents, aggression and impudence towards peers, naivety and it is cynicism. In addition, in child representations, child characters are not represented in their natural age. Rather, they appear smaller and more immature than their biological age, and this immaturity is evident in all their daily behavior and interactions. Such a pattern of representation is generally embedded in the "pre-modern" discourse. Animation Life Skills for Children aims to introduce the most prominent feature of the child as a "passive and nurturing subject".

The role of literary and artistic works in the cultural development of a society is so strong that many sociologists have considered the basis of education in art and have emphasized its fundamental role in the growth and promotion of society. The undeniable impact of literary and artistic works is that if these works are in line with human and religious ethics and teachings, they will result in scientific and cultural excellence, and moving along the path, will have no effect other than degeneration and decline. In view of the need to balance the interests of society in the pursuit of new and exalting literary and artistic works on the one hand and to support the creators of artworks in the creation of exquisite works on the other, this article seeks to determine whether there is a legal limitation or absolute protection of these works in Iranian law by expressing the role of literary and artistic works in society. And if the restriction is imposed, what is the criterion to apply the restriction? The results show that the absolute literary and artistic works in the teleological, ethical and human dignity legal systems, unlike capitalist legal systems based on materialism and pleasure, are not legally supportable and for determining Supported Items, must use legitimacy and legitimate rational interest criterion

Literature and criticism were enhanced and developed during the 20th century, in addition to the remarkable advancement of technology and the multiplicity of inventions and discoveries in scientific fields. The upsurge of current literary theory has become something of significant phenomenon in contemporary literature, emerging as formidable force in interdisciplinary subjects. “Literary theory” is the body of ideas and methods we use in the practical reading of literature. By literary theory we refer not to the meaning of a literary work, but to the theories that reveal what literature can make sense. Literary theory is a description of the underlying principles, one might say the tools, by which we attempt to understand literature. All literary interpretation draws on a basis in theory but can serve as a justification for very different kinds of critical activity. The theory of literature has been changed during 20th century and presented new criteria. Such criteria have been changed constantly and very quickly. This study tries to examine and criticize such theories and to what extent they are permanent or temporary. There has been an essential question whether critical literature theories are able to present themselves in logic structure? Therefore, this paper has applied three literature theories such as formalism, constructivism, and post constructivism by using descriptive and analytic approach as mythology.

The data were collected through interviews where the key question was "what factors do affect the way viewers use news related websites?" The analysis was made using the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin. The results show how the following features affect the model used by viewers while referring to news websites: educational parameters, cyberspace effects, management styles, infrastructure factors and international communications. The interfering factors keeping the study from achieving its goals are as follows: ideological contradictions, factionalized media, de-globalization, mismanagement, technical shortcomings, fake and contradicting news, poor content, not being updated, organizational difficulties. Strategies suggested to make news websites more appealing are managerial, applicable, international, precautionary and infrastructural. Organizational implications are the key result of applying the aforementioned strategies. It has been emphasized that quality content exceeds all the other factors in making a news website more appealing to viewers.

Family is the first institution of society in which family members, especially children, experience the type and quality of interpersonal communication and communication action with their parents. Through the mechanism of interpersonal communication, family members share, consult, make decisions about their needs, wants, emotions, worries and concerns, experiences, thoughts, views and feelings. They support each other emotionally and psychologically and resolve conflicts and tensions. The aim of this study is to analyze the patterns of interpersonal communication between parents and children within Iranian family. In this regard, qualitative method was used and theoretical sampling, in-depth interviews were conducted with the aim of analyzing the lived experience of 40 male and female students studying in the second secondary school of public high schools in Tehran. The analysis of adolescents' lived experience shows that the main conversations of children and their parents in family are of the type of "report-based" or informative conversation, about "children's educational activities and school events or daily activities of family members". The Results also show that three patterns of verbal communication between parents and children, includes; "conversation and participation pattern", "dispute and controversy pattern" and "admonition-oriented and monologue pattern" can be seen in the relationship between parents and children and "admonition-oriented and monologue pattern" is more common in families than "conversation and participation pattern".

The fundamental theory is a modern method to discover fundamental meaning through qualitative research data. Thus fundamental Theory is a qualitative method with exploratory- inductive technique. But the positivism method is a quantitative method with deductive technique following to confirm or refuse the theory model and suppositions. The fundamental theory passes three basic stages: a) putting into a open code and exploting meaning; b) putting into A pivotal code and exploting categories; c) putting into a elective code and exploting centeral category. of course the stages of fundamental theory methodology is not nontinuous essentially; rather it is based on simultaneous analysis. it means that the researcher of fundamental theory can gather, classify and analyse research data simultaneously, because the aim of researcher passing these stages is to get centeral category explaining other categories and the phenomena of research. The relations between central category and other ones causes the story line explaining fundamental meaning of fundamental theory, then suppose it as a sun having the regular and systematic relationships with other planets. In fundamental theory against quantitative researches, we can not programme the theoretic sampling before field research. When the category theoretic saturation accomplished so judgement standard in theoretic sampling would be done. In this case, the additional samples and data can not provide a new knowledge and then all of the samples seem alike; otherwise, if the researcher did not discover the theory after passing the stages, he/ she must increase theoretic sensitivenees and it means asking and comparing continuously during the research establishing fundamental theory base.
