Examining the role of virtual social networks on Tehran people’s shopping experiences, this article aims to identify the differences between shopping experience in virtual and real spaces.To capture the meaning of the shopping experience in the first and second spaces, the present research uses the paradigm of dual spacization, and studying the pattern of shopping behavior in Instagram and Telegram channels, it intends to investigate this dual-spacization field using ethnographic and netnographic methods.Identifying and then explaining, the typology of virtual stimulating and limiting factors through online and offline shopping spaces observations, it turned out that Instagram and Telegram are more an advertising means for real market goods than a space for direct shopping. The research findings show that while shopping for the sake of spending leisure times and hanging around is common in both real and virtual markets, but contrary to the idea of Michel deCerteau and thinkers, who advocate resistance, leisure, pleasure and hanging around of the audience, involving actively in shopping malls and membership in virtual channels, the buyer is engaged in a"consumption cycle" so that consumer tactics have not been able to be used as an emancipating element in the strategy of consumer society.}, keywords = {Virtual Culture,Social Media,online shopping,Telegram,Instagram}, title_fa = {دوفضایی‌شدن خرید: رسانه‌های اجتماعی و «تغییر در تجربۀ خرید»}, abstract_fa = {مفهوم خرید در مطالعات فرهنگی، با فراگیرشدن رسانه­های اجتماعی در قالب خرید آنلاین و بازار مجازی و به‌عنوان کنشی هویت­بخش، دچار دگردیسی شد. این مقاله با هدف بررسی نقش شبکه­های اجتماعی مجازی بر تجربۀ خرید شهروندان تهرانی، این پرسش را دنبال می­کند که تجربۀ خرید در فضای مجازی، چه تفاوت و شباهتی با فضای واقعی دارد؟ این پژوهش برای درک تجربۀ خرید در فضای اوّل و دوم، از پارادایم دوفضایی‌شدن­ها بهره می­برد و با مطالعۀ الگوی رفتار خرید در اینستاگرام و کانال‌های فروش در تلگرام با روش اتنوگرافی و نتنوگرافی، به پژوهش در این حوزۀ دوفضایی می‌پردازد. مشاهدۀ فضای خرید آنلاین و آفلاین، پس از گونه‌شناسی و تشریح عوامل تشویق‌کننده و تحدیدکنندۀ خرید مجازی نشان داد که اینستاگرام و تلگرام، بیشتر از اینکه به‌عنوان فضاهایی برای خرید مستقیم عمل کنند، کارکرد «تبلیغ کالا در بازار واقعی» را برعهده دارند و بیشتر از اینکه در مرحلۀ اجرا موفق باشند، در مراحل آگاهی ایفای نقش می‌کنند. پژوهش پیش‌رو، به این یافته رسید که اگرچه خرید فراغتی و پرسه­زنی در بازار واقعی و مجازی رواج دارد، اما برخلاف ایدۀ میشل دوسرتو و متفکرانی که از مقاومت، فراغت، لذت و پرسه‌زنی مخاطب دفاع می­کنند، خریدار با حضور فعال در مراکز خرید شهری و عضویت در کانال‌های مجازی، درگیر «چرخۀ مصرف» است؛ به‌گونه­ای که تاکتیک­های مصرف­کننده نتوانسته به‌عنوان عنصری رهایی‌بخش در برابر استراتژی جامعۀ مصرفی بکار گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {فرهنگ مجازی,رسانه‌های اجتماعی,خرید آنلاین,تلگرام,اینستاگرام}, url = {https://www.jccs.ir/article_88044.html}, eprint = {https://www.jccs.ir/article_88044_51b68097435ac2bc84046c312091cda4.pdf} }
