Benefiting from the role of social responsibilities and defining relevant codes are among the neglected capacities to organize and develop ethics in cyberspace. Based on the grounded theory (GT) and mixed methods, semi-structured interviews were first conducted with the experts of communications in this study to extract their proposed social responsibility codes for cyberspace. Then a questionnaire was employed to carry out a survey to evaluate the priorities of those codes from the perspective of Tehran citizens. It is important to devise a prioritization system because it can be used by decision-makers and executives to formulate policies, set rules, and make strategic plans. According to the research results, the proposed social responsibility codes were classified into ten categories: “social relationships”, “privacy, protection, and security”, “family and children”, “e-advertisement and e-commerce”, “unprofessional, annoying, and harmful measures and techniques”, “media literacy”, “content creation”, “intellectual property”, “right to access”, and “Internet service and bandwidth”. From the perspective of cyberspace users in Tehran, social responsibility codes of “social relationships”, “e-advertisement and e-commerce” and “privacy, protection, and security” were the top priorities.}, keywords = {Cyberspace,ethics,social responsibility,Cyber harm}, title_fa = {تدوین اولویت کدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی در فضای مجازی؛ مورد مطالعه: شهروندان شهر تهران}, abstract_fa = {فضای مجازی عرصهای است که بخش گسترده‌ای از خدمات، تبادلات، گردش اطلاعات، تعاملات، ارتباطات و به تعبیری، حیات در آن یا به‌واسطۀ آن جریان می‌یابد؛ به همین جهت، ضرورت وجود قاعده‌های اخلاقی در این پهنه با توجه به قابلیت‌های بی‌بدیل و روزافزون آن انکارناشدنی است. یکی از ظرفیت‌های مغفول‌مانده در زمینۀ سامان‌بخشی و توسعۀ اخلاق در فضای مجازی بهره‌گیری از نقش مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی و تدوین کدهای مرتبط با آن است. در این مقاله، بر مبنای نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد و با استفاده از روش ترکیبی، ابتدا سعی شده است، با مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته با متخصصان و خبرگان حوزۀ ارتباطات، کدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی پیشنهادی آن‎ها در حوزۀ فضای مجازی استخراج شود و پس از آن، با ترتیب‌دادن پیمایشی به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه، اولویت کدهای مذکور از منظر شهروندان تهرانی مورد سنجش قرار گیرد. تدوین نظام اولویت‌بندی از این جهت حائز اهمیت است که می‌تواند در سیاست‌گذاری‎ها، قانون‌گذاری‎ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های راهبردی مورد نظر و ملاحظۀ تصمیم‌گیران و کارگزاران قرار گیرد. بر اساس نتایج این مقاله، کدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی پیشنهادی متخصصان در ده مقولۀ «روابط اجتماعی»؛ «حریم خصوصی، حفاظت و امنیت»؛ «خانواده و کودکان»؛ «تبلیغات و تجارت الکترونیک»؛ «اقدامات و تکنیک‌های غیرحرفه‌ای، آزاردهنده و آسیب‌زا»؛ «سواد رسانهای»؛ «تولید محتوا»؛ «مالکیت فکری»؛ «حق دسترسی» و «سرویس اینترنت و پهنای باند» دسته‌بندی می‌شوند. همچنین، از منظر کاربران فضای مجازی در شهر تهران، کدهای مسئولیت اجتماعی مرتبط با مقوله‌های «روابط اجتماعی»؛ «تبلیغات و تجارت الکترونیک» و «حریم خصوصی، حفاظت و امنیت» دارای اولویت بیشتری نسبت به سایرین هستند.}, keywords_fa = {فضای مجازی,اخلاق,مسئولیت اجتماعی,آسیب مجازی}, url = {https://www.jccs.ir/article_159882.html}, eprint = {https://www.jccs.ir/article_159882_35ca3a48812a93ae28995b4d8ced902a.pdf} }
